Fractured Sanity is a VR horror experience built around one terrifying idea: Dr. Matthew Simmons believed the human mind could be split apart — the id, the ego, the superego — and reshaped at will.
Rebuilt from the ground up for the remaster, Fractured Sanity features redesigned models, textures, and environments, expanded areas, and a fully reworked spatial audio mix that places the horror exactly where it belongs: right behind you.
All that’s known about this hellish clinic is that its founder, Dr. Matthew Simmons, has been conducting research into the tripartite psyche and how to break someone’s id, ego and superego apart. How far has he gone?
